- After receiving the galvanized steel coil, we inspected it to ensure it was in good condition and free from damage. To meet our rigorous production standards, we sent the coil to our material warehouse. There, it was cut into sections before being used in the manufacturing process.
- We divide the steel coils into various specifications to fulfill our client’s specific requirements.
- This machine is designed to unroll zinc-coated steel strips and transport them to the next stage of production where they are formed.
Gary: Usually, our production line process is: feeding→ alignment → punching → Forming → cutting → receiving →Packing.
Subtitle 2: The machine will use precise tools to efficiently shape the steel strip into various profiles. The profiles will come in different sizes.
Subtitle 3: There are many forming machines available with various tool sets for punching, shearing, pressing, and cutting. This makes it possible to shape a wide range of steel profiles that are used in ceilings and drywall.
Gary: Throughout this procedure, workers regularly inspect the steel profiles to confirm their alignment, proper shear openings, and accurate hole punching.
Gary: The automatic packing machine in the receiving area will pack the profiles in orders.
Subtitle 4: The machine will wrap and pack items in the specified amount automatically, ensuring speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Afterward, workers will sort packages by type, ensuring correct identification and proper storage for efficient stacking and easy retrieval.
