We know that the number of steel profiles needed for each project is not certain. WITAPROFILE can produce according to the number you need. There is no minimum quantity required. Of course, if the quantity is large, the price will be more favorable.
What is the turnaround time on my order?
Normally, our production time takes 7-10 days. If the quantity is large or there is a custom request, the time may be a little longer. This time does not include shipping time, which may vary from 5-30 days, depending on your country and different shipping methods. What material do you use for your steel profile products?
Our products are made from Galvanized Iron (G.I.) which cannot burn. Usually, ceilings can be designed for fire resistance for up to 2 hours and steel framings play an important and pivotal role in the same. The use of wood/timber or Aluminum metal frames can’t give fire-rated ceilings as wood/timber burns and aluminum melts very easily as compared to GI.
Can light fixtures and air-conditioning ducts be hung from ceiling suspension?
Our frames are made to support materials like plasterboard and small light fixtures. However, AC ducts should not be placed on steel framings as they are not designed to take loads of such ducts. Besides this, the AC ducts vibrate a lot and due to this there could be vibrations in ceilings.
Which Is Better: GI Studs Or Aluminium Studs?
GI studs offer superior sound insulation and fire protection and ensure long-lasting partition walls compared to aluminum studs. Also, there are more benefits to using GI studs, such as lower costs and increased efficiency in completing tasks. In all, GI studs are much better than using aluminum-based studs for partitions.
