framing for Partition wall
The drywall steel profile is made of high-quality cold-rolled continuous hot-dip galvanized coil as raw material, and is thin-walled section steel produced by the cold-bending process. Its thickness is usually 0.5-1.0mm.
Stud
Used for hanging gypsum board, calcium silicate board, or other wallboard materials, and is a wall steel profile with a vertical arrangement.
U-Track
A U-shaped steel profile is placed on the top surface and the ground to fix its joints. The stud is nested vertically inside. It is the top and bottom foundation of the partition structure and the main material for a solid overall structure.
Main Channel
It is used for the reinforcement of the cross brace in the partition wall system, and it is integrated with the stud to increase the overall rigidity and strength.

Drywall systems
The drywall steel profile is mainly used to divide the partition in the building space, suitable for different requirements of the building space structure, due to its lightweight, dry work, fast construction, and solid structure, and can be reused, also can meet the requirements of the building and design of the partition wall, and other advantages, which is widely used.

Frame assembly#1
The first partition wall assembly system consists of Studs and U-Tracks, which have two types of cross-sectional forms, C-type and U-type respectively, and the Studs are spaced according to the size of the decorative panel. The U-Track is generally installed under the top of the space and on the ground, with Expansion Screws (wall) or Tapping Screws fixed, and then the two ends of the Stud nested in the groove of the U-Track, fixed vertical direction with Expansion Screws (wall) or Tapping Screws connected firmly to ensure that the overall frame structure is in a stable rigid state effect.

Frame assembly#2
The second assembly system is composed of three parts: Stud, U-Track, and Main Channel(horizontal support steel profile), Holes (H holes) need to be opened in advance according to the spacing of the Studs.
After the connection between the U-Track fixed with the top and floor of the building space and the Stud fixed with the wall or column, the Stud is pushed along between the upper and lower of the U-Track starting from one end of the partition wall, and the spacing and the horizontal height of the hole is confirmed and fixed with Tapping Screws or Rivets.
The Main Channel will be crossed through the hole of the Stud, a connector can be chosen to connect the length, and a Supporting bracket will be installed on the opening surface of the Stud to connect with the Main Channel for locking and fixing.
