What Sets Us Apart

  • Factory is equipped with 14 production lines, from feeding to packing to stacking, and the capacity of our equipment effectively increases your productivity.
  • WITAPROFILE has fully automatic production lines from local innovative technology, equipped with high-precision grinding molds and stamping processing lines.
  • Our molds allow you to get more than 50 sizes. If you do need a custom specification, we’ll help you design and test it.
  • For each batch of the steel profile, our production masters will check whether the shape is straight and flat, the corners are clear and free from defects such as breakage or bumping, and whether there are burrs or deformation at the cuts.
  • The appearance of the galvanized layer does not allow quality defects such as peeling, blistering, peeling, etc., and the surface does not allow corrosion, damage, or black spots, while clean, consistent color, straight and consistent width.
  • Our experienced masters will identify hardness, toughness, and elasticity by feeling hardness with a hand squeeze, verifying elasticity by the whole trembling, and tapping sound crispness.
  • Each batch of quantitative sampling measurement, for product size and thickness error control of -1 ~ -2mm and -4 ~ -5mm respectively.
  • Regular products are randomly inspected and tested to check the installation effect, and the tightness after installation is also our inspection standard.
  • For the customized products required by customers, we will carry out sample test installation to test the quality of the effect. If there is any problem, we will record the details or shoot video feedback to communicate with customers.
